In memoriam Dejan Bošković (1970 - 2021)

With great sadness we share the news that our beloved friend and colleague, and one of the founders of RUNDA, Dejan Bošković Bole, has died at age 51.

With great sadness, we share the news that our beloved friend and colleague, and one of the founders of RUNDA, Dejan Bošković Bole, has died at age 51.

Dejan was the founder of Amonnite Records label that has, for the past 20 years, been publishing music releases and literary work as well as promoting culture.

Bole was the starter of many initiatives. He founded Indirekt showcase Belgrade festival and cultural guide GLE for events in Belgrade, he was among the founders of the Regional Association of Independent Discographers - Runda, founder of Jammonite radio, as well as Jugoplastika record shop. He co-founded the TV show ‘Binta poziva’, and he was representative of the Phonofile company in Balkans.

He was born on 29th of January 1970., and has studied at the Faculty of Mining and Geology in Belgrade- that being a job he’s done actively with music. He worked as an assistant at the Faculty of Mining and Geology from 1995. until 2008. He’ll be remembered as the kind spirit of the music scene, enthusiast, workaholic, and humorous.

Above all, he’ll be remembered by all the bends that he had helped to and fought for their rights. He was a great audiophile, vinyl lover, DJ, and a great connoisseur of music. His life mission was to educate artists and learn them how to use their rights for taking maximum possibilities, so every artist and composer could live off their music.

He was a loving husband to Nada and father of two sons Vuk and Kosta.

We express our deepest condolences to the family and friends.

Bole, you’ll be missed.
